No I am not hungry, have increased my water intake and if I feel a little hungry, I have been having a glass of water and find that it passes. Being totally honest, my food intake prior to starting training was pretty crap. I try to ensure that I am drinking a minimum of 2 litres of water, as before I would be lucky to have drank 600mls per day.

I am loving this type of training, every workout I am giving it everything. I want to become fitter and lose these extra kilo's as again being totally honest, It made me feel depressed being overweight and I don't want to feel like that anymore. Something has clicked and I love it, I have posted up a training log too!

I am trying to get as much as I can approx 6-8 hours per night, sometimes less. I have a two year old son who sometimes has restless nights and I also run my own business from home.
