On Sat you went out to chinese with friends?
What did you have?

Regarding the rest, are you hungry? How are you finding this? How is your training and how is your sleeping going?
Is a migraine out of the ordinary for you?

Throw some feedback the forums way with your diet logs.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for your feedback.

Christiep wrote:DINNER
Garlic Prawns & Steamed Vegetables (Chinese)

Worked out approx 100 Grams of prawns and then pilled my plate up with the vegetables. NO Rice. I also drained off as much of the sauce as I could.
I thought that this would be the best option, If not any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No I am not hungry, have increased my water intake and if I feel a little hungry, I have been having a glass of water and find that it passes. Being totally honest, my food intake prior to starting training was pretty crap. I try to ensure that I am drinking a minimum of 2 litres of water, as before I would be lucky to have drank 600mls per day.

I am loving this type of training, every workout I am giving it everything. I want to become fitter and lose these extra kilo's as again being totally honest, It made me feel depressed being overweight and I don't want to feel like that anymore. Something has clicked and I love it, I have posted up a training log too!

I am trying to get as much as I can approx 6-8 hours per night, sometimes less. I have a two year old son who sometimes has restless nights and I also run my own business from home.

will do!

BREAKFAST
Fish Oil & Multi V
90 Gram Leg Ham
1 Cup Watermelon
1 Cup Grapes
9 x Nuts

LUNCH
90 Gram Grilled Chicken
1 Cup Cauliflower
1/2 Cup Brocolli
30 Gram Sweet Potato

Really enjoyed the omelete I had for dinner tonight, Actually enjoyed it so much I made another one ready for breakfast tomorrow.
Feeling alot better today, I think that I was so tired yesterday as my family is sick (Cold, Flu thing) at the moment and maybe my body was fighting it off yesterday. The main thing is that I feel better today!

Thursday 11th Feb 2010

PRE WORKOUT
1/2 Slice Rockmelon

POST WORKOUT
1/2 Slice Rockmelon

BREAKFAST
2 Egg Omelete
90 Gram Leg Ham
1/2 Cup Tomato
1/4 Cup Capsicum
1/2 Cup Mushrooms

LUNCH
6 x BBQ/ Grilled Prawn and Avocado Salad
(Prawns, Avocado, Lettuce. Tomato, Cucumber, Carrots, Red Onion)
1 x Mineral Water

DINNER
95 Gram Tuna
1 Cup Rockmelon
1 Cup Watermelon
1/4 Cup Nuts

WATER
3 Litres

I feel better only having rockmelon or watermelon before/after training. I think that the banana is too much as I am finding that it makes me feel sick throughout the workout. Since having melon, I feel ok. Post Workout is normally eaten once I get home from training whilst preparing breakfast. Trying to eat anything before this time makes me feel sick. Once I have a small amount to eat post workout, I dont feel sick eating breakfast as much.
