100 Gram Meat Pattie (Dan's Recipe)
4 Strawberries
1/4 Cup Blueberries
3/4 Slice Rockmelon

LUNCH
90 Gram Leg Ham
1 Cup Rockmelon
4 Strawberries
9 Nuts

DINNER
Chicken & Vegetable Curry with Cauliflower Rice
(Chicken, Brocolli, Onion, Capsicum, Cabbage, Carrots, Mushrooms, Cauliflower)

WATER
3.5 Litres

* Need to reduce the amount of fruit through out the day and replace with more vegetables!

Feeling really good at the moment. I am not getting hungry through out the day with having less fruit at lunch. The Salad seems to be more filling.
