Hi Everyone,
I have decided to do the 7 week Paleo challange, Starting from Monday, I will record here everything that I eat and drink.
My goal is to only eat and drink food that is Paleo, train HARD, reduce my weight (hopefully alot) and to increase my fitness level.
My Motivation is that I can do this, and I want to do this!
I will be totally honest here and as Rob told me, "Sway a little from the plan and so will your results!"
Any comments to help me acheive my goal is greatly appreciated!
