Hi Everyone,

I have decided to do the 7 week Paleo challange, Starting from Monday, I will record here everything that I eat and drink.

My goal is to only eat and drink food that is Paleo, train HARD, reduce my weight (hopefully alot) and to increase my fitness level.

My Motivation is that I can do this, and I want to do this!
I will be totally honest here and as Rob told me, "Sway a little from the plan and so will your results!"

Any comments to help me acheive my goal is greatly appreciated!

Monday 1st February 2010

Day 1 - Paleo Challenge

PRE WORKOUT
1 x Small Banana

BREAKFAST
Fish Oil & Multi V
3 Egg Omelete
1 Cup Spinach Leaves
1 Cup Tomato
½ Cup Mushrooms
9 x Nuts (Pistacio - Unsalted)

LUNCH
95 Grams Tuna
1/2 Cup Cucumber
1/2 Cup Tomato
1/2 Cup Spinach Leaves
1 Cup Watermelon

SNACK
9 x Nuts (Pistacio - Unsalted)
1/2 Cup Grapes
42 Grams Leg Ham

DINNER

Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry

85 Grams Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup Brocolli
1/2 Cup Bok Choy
1/2 Cup Mixed Frozen Vegetables (Using the last of the mixed vegetables up)
Chilli, Garlic, Herbs
1 Tbs Olive Oil (Added just before serving)
375ml Glass Water with 1/4 Lime

WATER = 4 Litres

Felt really good, really happy that I stuck to my plan and drank only water.

Thanks Lisa!

I am trying not to count the days as I would like to continue eating this way longer than just the challenge!
At the moment, I don't feel like I am missing out on anything and I am really enjoying the foods that I am eating.

I look forward to seeing you catch and overtake me! ;)

Leftover's from last nights dinner

1/2 Cup Mixed Frozen Vegetables (Using the last of the mixed vegetables up)
Chilli, Garlic, Herbs

1 Cup Frozen Berries Smoothie (Blended with water)

100 Gram Steak

* Had a migraine headache and felt sick most of the afternoon / night. Didn't feel up to eating.
