I tore him apart a little about the same thing, I think its an organisational issue with a few other things thrown in.

He did pretty good on FGB the other night with just half a chicken and some paleo banana bread all day!

But as far as weight loss, body comp, general health and well being, none of this is cool, he knows.

Come on Dan, 7 weeks, change your life!

Adrian...the muffins werent supposed to be for daniel to use as his carb allowance per meal...it was his birthday and celebrating with family i wanted him to have a birthday cake of some sort...so i made the banana bread into muffin siz peices..it made 12 muffins plus one large cup cake tin...

Wednesday

b= 6 whole scrambled eggs, half a honey dew melon and 15 macadamia nuts

L= 150g pork 2 tomatoes, 1 carrot 3 asparagus spears and 20-30 olives

D= 150-200g chicken, 350g mixed vegies, 10-20 olives.

i dont get hungry during the day, but i know i should eat even if pressed for time.
how im feeling, normally after eating in the zone sized portions i feel like throwing up, but im still new to this method. im sure it will grow on me.

i felt good and alert all day, but i normally feel fine when i dont go to crossfit in the morning. and i didnt feel hungry till i had dinner at 22 30.
(it wasn't my choice to eat that late. i finished training a new guard at about 8pm and started making dinner but they called me back to the site for no reason so i didn't get to eat until late. :( )

thursday
