Wow - whats the recipe for paleo muffins?

Dan - Do you get hungry when you don't eat during the day? I think its fine to skip meals every now and then and if it seriously doesn't bother you then I guess its not too bad, but I'd like to see you fueled up and ready to rock at the gym. Starving yourself isn't going to help you get a better body composition. Hows it all feeling for you anyway?
“If you always put a limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.” - Bruce Lee
