Yeah I have been Lawrence, though I try to do more reading than posting as I definitely feel out of my league over there haha. Some massive exercise geeks over there. It's always interesting to read the anti crossfit posts or those that criticise aspects of the programming to get a different perspective on the training.

Yeh it is interesting especially the anti crossfit stuff. I find that generally the disagreements are in the details... I find that most of the negative things that get pointed out are not really things that concern me. In terms of big picture most of the stuff is more the same than different. I also think that a lot of people on those boards judge the respective discplines based on the quality of their forums... unfortunately for CF a lot of the heavy hitters like Gant Grimes, Brandon Oto, Steven Lowe etc aren't as active there anymore and the people that post on there nowaren't always of the same calibre in terms of their knowledge and receptiveness to ideas etc. That said CF Journal articles are still top notch and things like the sense of community at the Box are pretty awesome. Fitness is not about being right...it is about being fit...People lose sight of that when they get bogged down in details.

Robb Wolf interview

Has anyone pre-ordered the book? I saw Mark Sisson has a primal recipe book coming out this year as well. Hell yea.

And seeing as I have been procrastinating instead of doing work:

Something that will make your life either better or worse if you have (I personally like it for its wrongness - particularly after about 4mins) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fmo1Sjn7dg
