18+19 (109 push ups)

Sit up ladder Increase by 3 reps each minute
24+17 (108 sit ups)

Squat Ladder Increase by 4 reps each minute
36+20 (200 squats)

20 two tyre box jumps

90sec rest between rounds

Rd 1: 1.37
Rd 2: 2.27
Rd 3: 3.46

Form just got so, so bad - mega-fatigued glutes and back from the last few days.

rest then

1min on 3 min off, 1min on 3 min off, 1min on 3 min off
2min max burpees 3 min off

ITB is back, felt shit, walked half of it and could barely even do that.

NF100 is looking very, very unlikely.
