You beat me by 2 and a half minutes tonight, how on earth I dont know, I pushed hard, so massive effort to you today, massive!

Wasn't consciously trying to. I had a Look at CF Brisbanes site yesterday and they were doing front squats with ring dips, and John was doing deadlifts this morning so I thought I'd throw in a couple as well..

Not at 100% health today unfortunately. No change on last Total.
