"J.T."
In honor of Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Taylor, 30, of Little Creek, VA, who was killed in Afghanistan June 2005

21-15-9 reps of:
Handstand push-ups
Ring dips
Push-ups

35.32

Attempted rx'd but went to about 3 green plates by the end... This has to rank as one of my weakest workouts. Will try and work a few dips and hspu's into my warm ups from now on hopefully.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Rd 1: 14 + 10
Rd 2: 11 + 8
