Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

3 Weighted Pull Up 20kg (DB)
Sprint 50m (25m shuttle)
3 Ring Handstand Push-Ups

Subsitituted; Ring HSPU - HSPU (to 25kg & 10kg plate)

Total - 6 rounds + 1 pull up
