WOD 1
5km run
26.15min
I thought I would have beaten my previous time of 26.11min, a bit disappointed to have gone a little bit slower.
WOD 2
3 rounds of:
1 round of Cindy
2 rope climbs
3 cleans (90kg males/45kg females) I did 50kg
4 HSPU
= 16.36min
Rolled left ankle on 2nd rope climb on round 2. Thought I really hurt it, but OK to continue. Jarred left fingers from netball yesterday were OK to do pullups.
Didn't do 3rd WOD as I had to go home. Will do it during the week.

Pump class. Ankle still a bit tender today but better. Left fingers still swollen, can't get rings on. Pilates tonight. Right ITB tight - need to stretch out on foam roller.
