Sorry its taken so long to respond.
What are you doing/what advice is making you eat like this? Is this some sort of Zone/paleo hybrid thing? I dont think it is very close to either.
It looks absolutely painful and some of the food and the way you eat it is not so healthy.

The only solid protein you consumed on May 5 was from 150 grams of chicken breast, thats not enough for 1 meal, let alone a whole day, whilst crossfitting.....
