On the minute:
Perform 3 Power Snatches on the minute for 15 minutes.
*Start the clock; At the top of every minute perform 3 Power Snatches. Use 70-80% of your 1 RM power snatches.

Shit total for the DU but that is the best i have went with them, even when not gassed! (i do suck at DU)
should have went sub 20 really, just couldn't wake the left leg up on the runs.
