Hi Guys,
Quick question. I love eggs, so now that I'm trying to get fit again and lose the gut I'm scoffing them down for breaky and a couple of hard boil ones for snacks during the day. Didn't realise how quickly I was going through them and didn't have any left for this morning....so I cooked a steak instead!!! Got a few disapproving looks from the wife. I was pretty happy at my "solution" though. Had Broccoli and steamed carrots with it.
Question is, what other protein options do people use for breakfast apart from eggs. I have bacon with my eggs which I know is not really approved but it's a choice I'm happy with for the time being.
Any suggestions would be great. Not that I plan on running out of eggs again any time soon.
