25 January 2011 KKCF Fight gone bad as RX'd Score 221 Rd1 - 82 Rd2 - 73 Rd3 - 66 Highlights were Wall balls were consistently in the 18 to 20ish reps and the Rower cals were 15-14-14 Weaknesses were SDHP, and push press. First time completed as RX'd and only one without a visit to Pukie!! Real progress. This morning (27 January) weighed in at 91.9kg.
