14 (really shit number due to falling over after the squats. Legs were jelly and would not co-operate) Walked the run and cranked out the burpees as fast as I could

It is now 2 days later and I am still feeling the effects of the day. I have a lovely scab on my knee and hand and also tore the skin on my thumb. I am also still struggling to walk. Really happy that I gave it a go and didn't scale anything.
