Fight Gone Bad - 204

Hardest training I have done in my life but loved it. Massive thanks to everyone for all the encouragement. Looking forward to my next session!

5 rounds for time
3 back squats
20 ring dips

Tried to do the ring dips but strength isnt there so subbed push ups for the ring dips.

15.51.......40

The push ups near killed me and Rob was awesome helping me finish them. Not entirely sure how I will straighten the hair tomorrow!!

Finisher was 30 burpees and back squats for 2 mins. Could only manage 15 burpees as arms were buckling and did 23 back squats. Got my first crossfit scar.. knees are skinned. Tomorrow at work will be interesting!

John

Really wanted to give my all since it was a hero workout. Half way through Rob gave me a longer rope for the double unders which made it so much easier. Couldn't do the knees to elbows so just tried to get knees as high as I could. Hands are smashed right now.

DNF 4 rounds 41.25(20)

50 Wall Balls
50 Kettlebell swings
40 Wall Balls
40 Kettlebell swings
30 Wall Balls
30 Kettlebell swings
20 Wall Balls
20 Kettlebell swings
10 Wall Balls
10 Kettlebell swings

35.01

This kicked my arse. Was trying to get my technique right on the wall balls but once fatigued kept lifting my heels. First time doing kettlebell swings and felt so unco. Loving this training though. Using muscles I never knew I had!

Barbara

After a week off due to being sick as a dog my welcome back was Barbara. I wanted to vomit just looking at the work out.

Time = 44.54.

Push ups still kill me. Really need to work on that upper body strength as have none! Thanks to Dan for helping me with my squat technique too.

Feels good to be back!

WOD

AMRAP in 7 mins
10 clean squats
20 sit ups (full range)

Weight 20kgs
Reps 106
3 rounds + 16

Back hurt in the first round cause my flexibility is rubbish and need to work on it! So subbed sumo deadlift high pull for the squats. Still feeling really unco and trying to get used to all the different terms and movements. Brain hasn't yet caught up but am getting there.
