Nothing wrong with that, the only thing I will say is have you learnt to read everything on the ingredients label? Olive oil is tricky. Woolworths select is ok as it has just OO, but others have a percentage of OO and the rest is soybean oil. Please please please make sure its just OO.
There looks to be a whole lot more meat there!!!!!!!!!

There is a lot more meat there isn't there - well I've got a good outline of what needs to be done and what I can eat.

Quick question - with the coconuts do I eat them raw or cook them or do I mix them with something?

Whatever you like.
Raw is best, but they can be used with anything.

If you feel the need for a sugar hit have a piece of fruit or two (a few strawberries and not a whole punnet) as a coping mechanism.
You need 1 month of clean eating, so get it done! I know you can.

The only fruit I'm allowed is berries, otherwise all other fruits are banned. So berries it 'll have to be

still not good enough Gill.

Dan would say, "I CAN EAT BERRIES! THATS AWESOME I LOVE THEM, THEY TASTE SO GOOD AND ARE FULL OF NUTRIENTS AND ARE SO HEALTHY FOR YOU AND ARE REALLY LOW GI I AM GOING TO FEEL GREAT".

But thats me.

You keep using words like not allowed, and restrctive diet etc. Your just not getting it.

Don't get me wrong I'm very happy about being able to eat my berries I do love them and they are great. I just don't get overly excited about it.

But I am working on the positive talk - and am definately excited, nervous and happy about the changes that are being made!
