Hi Dan,
The weekend is one of the hardest times for me as there is no set routine from Monday to Friday I have set breaks and times to eat, but on the weekend, its all fair game.. I just need some suggestions on how to combat the over eating on the weekend. Its not the bad things I'm eating, I'm over eating on the good stuff!
