Very true, I really need to get ontop of posting on my log. I do keep a written log in my training diary. I have to start blogging again on here..

Breakfast
3 Egg Omlette
Tomato
Mushroom
Spinach
Bacon
with Avoado

Snack
Strawberries
- didn't eat fat or protein - here because I just wasn't hungry

Lunch
Brown Bread
Chicken
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Very little carrot
Avocado

Snack
Banana
Tuna with little oil

Dinner
Fish with lemon and herbs

- again couldn't eat anymore just not hungry

Lunch
Smoked Salmon
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Drizzled with a little oil

Snack
30g Almonds
Natural Yoghurt 200g Tub

Sweet Potato - 5pm

Dinner
Steak and Veg

2 poached drizzled with oil

Snack
190g Tuna
- to busy to eat a carb in there- so had some bread at lunch to make up for it

Lunch - (Pre served from the Galley)
Brown Roll- hollowed out
Salmon- smoked
Olives
Lettuce
Tomato
Avocado

No snack this afternoon just not enough time to eat

5pm - Sweet Potato

Dinner - Housemates bought dinner
6inch Subway
Chicken
Lettuce
Tomato
Avocado
Onion
Olives

Tuna in oil
Almonds - 30g- spread throughout the day- around 15g in the morning- 15g in the afternoon

Lunch
Smoked Salmon
Avocado
Lettuce
Little Tomato
Cucumber
Beetroot

Snack
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Sweet Potato

Dinner
King Prawns mixed with Satay Sauce and little Tamari sauce with salad
