Omit the roasted almonds and get natural.
Omit the tuna in brine and get either woolworths select olive oil or springwater
What sort of eggs? Get the manning valley ones.
Try get middle cut bacon, much less fat.

I know this might sound like a stupid question, but what is the difference between tuna. In sprigwater and then in Brine. I assumed they were the same thing?

read the ingredients and nutritional labels on the food you eat as it reveals all.
Brine is a salt water solution, springwater is just that, water, no salt.
