Hi Everyone

Not sure if anything's been organised at the box. So I thought I'd post something here, so everyone could weigh in.

Crossfit Ignite has their open day on Sunday 15th August- http://cfnq.blogspot.com/2009/06/1st-birthday.html

I'm really interested in competing in the team events on this day? Is anyone else planning on competing?
Strength is more than just the number of plates on the bar. It is everything that is overcome with each lift
