pairing up in teams of 2 (same sex teams)

5 rounds for time

10 tyre flips each (flip the tyre to your partner and do 1 burpee whilst they flip)
one partner 15 pullups other partner 21 wall ball
swap exercises 21 each
400m run or row

We all know that the msot important part of this sesh was your towel folding skills though. Props!
