the bay run is on this sunday at drummoyne im going to have a crack at the 7km its a big event and a pretty flat course so if anyone is keen to

I'd love to do it so I can wear my new nikes finally, however am more of a walker than a runner and don't want to embarrass myself in front of the masses!

well i think its time to break in those pretty nikes susie you can run,walk or crawl! i dont take these events too seriously so dont be worried about embarrassing yourself.. this would be a good warm up for some people doing the city to surf.
would be good to see kat,cam,andy,dan w and adrian up there!
