Thanks Sion : ) Its a bit exciting our first Crossfit event !
My home pullup bar should be going up this week Rob so i will be getting on top of these pullups in no time!

I just entered Newcastle Games October 30th , 31st. Im throwing the challenge out there for you to enter as well = ) First 2 games in 1 month . . . Yeh why not ?
