Wollongong 17th, Newcastle 30-31st OCT Pull your fingers out

Postby Rob » Wed Aug 18, 2010 4:12 pm

So this is carrying on from the endless stream of running events. It seems Daz did find the cool runnings site and decided to write the details of every run this side of the Blue Mountains. Thanx Daz. I have now put a child proof lock on his computer to stop him accessing this site. Anyway on the weekend Prestons had their event. 175 athletes, 9 teams from Penrith even Blacktown had some entered and they have open for 2 days!!!!Next games is the 17th of October in the Gong. 2 weeks after that there is a 2 day event in Newcaslte. I'm going to go in onlky one event in Wollongong I think and I'll do the whole of Newcastle.

Through away those running shoes, timing chips and gay running shorts for just one weekend and come and support CrossFit!
Give 100% or don't bother trying

Hey Maddy,

I have entered and it's my first one also! I been at crossfit for 8days and I believe in both wods that we have done together you beat me in BOTH haha I entered in intermediate because It scared me a little more which inspires me to train harder and be stricter on my food (and Rob made me) so I think you should go intermediate because you seemed to handle the wods fine when I seen you train!!!

Looking forward to it = )
