Deadlifts feel any difference?

Haha. I clean and jerked 70kg last week and last night did 3 thrusters with 65kg which was pretty much like 3 big push presses... and you know what my overhead strength is like right! And thats after not doing anything that should contribute. Must be the weather.

Couple of wins since I was last here.
80kg C+J new PB. Almost got 85 OH.

60kg snatch, new PB, and I got under 65, just couldnt steady it.

Tonight hit 1rm of 170kg DL which is 5kg short of my pr.

100 24kg kb swings 6:01. That is where I suck. Any metcon.

Checking out another CF near work as I dont see myself getting to Norwest anytime soon :(

Don't forget Crossfit Sydney. They're in Ultimo (Harris St) and seem to be a pretty good affiliate. Andrew Cattermole seems fairly knowledgeable (guy that runs it), and prices may be a bit more affordable?

Good work on the deadlift, any pain in the back?
