Cheers mate, cant wait to do more on the other lifts though. Felt good to do it. Miles behind the big blokes still, 200kg is the next goal.

I am, momentarily, in front of Mr "CF strength bias avoid all hard stuff" Tom though.....

Also logging my weight here, as Rob asked me the other day about it.
I weighed myself today and came in at 79kg.
If I had to guess, I would say I have lost a kilo or two since starting CF in June, but I dont usually weigh myself so cant be sure. I am going off the fact that for the last few yrs I have been around the 78-82kg mark.
Out of curiosity though I am going to try and weigh myself more often just to see what CF and good diet does, though I must stress this is purely out of curiosity, not at all a measurement of progress.

Thanks, I am happy to beat you and John at something for a change.

Dont really know what got into me, I reckon I could have kept going, but I am now starting to think its a "in town, one night only" event....

Probably all those SDLHP's from last week Rob made us do.

Rest Day today.....so I did a Fran instead.

6.26
Just before I started at CFNW in early June, I did a 9:18, which was horrible form and just a terrible effort generally.

I have shaved about 3 mins of that and form was good so im happy. Not under 6 mins which was my mate Jamies time (came with Graham for the intruder challenge and trains at CFX). Beating him would have been awesome. soon.

And I have to say sorry for swearing in front of Robs mum Sue....oops. Sorry Sue.

How I am going to get this under 4 mins is beyond me, it would be nice to have a shirt by christmas.

First set of thrusters I got out, then broke at about 10-15 mark of chinups, to be honest, I was a little light headed and cant remember exactly.

10km, backing up after a big 4 days of wods, 47:44.

I was hoping to get it under 50 mins which I did but I was simply hurting to much the whole way to do anything special. Next time, I will rest when I should be resting....
