85% 1rm push press 3 reps
6 c2b pullups

I think I got 4 rounds out of 10.

10, 7, 5, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1 Hang Power Clean 180sec rest between
Maxed at 70kg. Struggled with these. No co-ordination.

Rest 10 min

5 Rounds: 5 Split Power Cleans @ 85kgs + 10 Box Jumps (BJs) @ 3 tires
60kg split cleans and step ups due to leg.

100 pushups as per the club we cannot mention - 300 to go this week
And todays wod covered pullups for challenge....

Complete rest yesterday.
Caught up on pullups this morn. 51 in weighted vest.
Then 100 pushups in weighted vest for the club.

Not looking forward to this afternoon...

It was hard, definately over did it come time to Row Tabata.
Also can feel the erectors have been worked today.
20 rep Front Squat
60kg
Then because I cant listen to instruction - 8@70 and 5@80.

Tried 3*160 but failed. Toned it down to 140 then 110 to finish.
28 pullups.
