9 Burpees
6 Box Jumps
3 muscle ups (2 false grip pull ups/1 dip)

A slooooooow 25:36....need to improve.....everything!

Scaled deadlift of 60kg, back a bit sore from the DL's the day before.

1RM max of backsquat, should press, deadlift.
100kg, 57.5, 120

I did however attempt 140kg deadlift normal grip for my 3rd attempt and couldnt quite hold onto it.

Went back for my 4th attempt (therefore not counting for todays WOD) and got 140kg alternate grip pretty comfortable by my standards.

Whilst on a roll, tried 160kg which is double my body weight, but the weights where glued to the floor........stupid glue....

awesome work!! I am going to go back and count your 4th lift as it wasn't like you rested 5minutes and failed due to exhaustion. Just learning your grip!!! You desereve that mate. Great effort!

Haha I'm with you there Dan, I dunno which punk is doing it but I swear someone is gluing my deadlifts down too...
