PWO nutrition is pretty damn important in mitigating the stress hormones that are causing these issues.

Yep, been finding getting some carbs in PWO - will be adding a shake for straight after at the gym has been working well to enable decent sleep.

Since the box is a bit further away from me now I'll need to bring some stuff with me in a cooler or something like that.

Mark I usually take a milk, banana, strawberry, honey smoothie/shake with a good pinch of salt in it and stick it in the fridge. If I need protein I'll throw in some natural yoghurt, but obviously if you're not eating dairy none of this will help.

Seems to be some evidence around milk is a very good post exercise drink.

Why the salt, Joel?

As far as milk PWO, I've been doing full paleo for two weeks now and some of my worst cravings come after a heavy deadlift/squat session when all I want to do is down 1L of milk haha.
Do now what others don't,
So later on you will have what others won't.

On a budget if you need a liquid recovery drink nothing compares with milk. Chocolate full fat milk is better with extra carb from chocolate. Having said that I 100% believe whole foods will get you there. Just eat!!
Give 100% or don't bother trying
