10 lunges each leg (20kg weight) + 10 ring dips
9 lunges each leg (20kg weight) + 9 ring dips
8 lunges each leg (20kg weight) + 8 ring dips
7 lunges each leg (20kg weight) + 7 ring dips
6 lunges each leg (20kg weight) + 6 ring dips
5 lunges each leg (20kg weight) + 5 ring dips
4 lunges each leg (20kg weight) + 4 ring dips
3 lunges each leg (20kg weight) + 3 ring dips
2 lunges each leg (20kg weight) + 2 ring dips
1 lunge each leg (20kg weight) + 1 ring dip

add together the weight of your 1 rep lifts of

Back squat, 1 rep = 110kg
Shoulder press, 1 rep = 60kg
Deadlift, 1 rep =160kg

Total = 330kg

Total time 30min 48 secs including rest periods

almost spewed!!

Animal weights Johnny! I only beat you by 5kg and I think I have at least 15kg of BW on you!

2:44 for the first barbara round is animal as well haha.
