Two rounds of: Right arm kettlebell push-press 12 reps (24kg) Left arm deadlift 12 reps (50kg) Run 800 meters Left arm kettlebell push-press 12 reps (24kg) Right arm deadlift 12 reps (50kg) Run 800 meters
