weighted pull ups 7 rounds for 1 rep - max 55kg
200kg tyre flip x 50 flips for time - 2min 16 sec
skip ten mins
500m row @ max effort i forgot to read the time after i was to busy DIEING!

1 strict shoulder press - 80kg
1 deadlift - 170kg
total score: 370

35mWalking lunge, carrying 20kg plate

24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps

15kg Weighted pull-ups, 20 reps

time: 28min 4sec

MY GOAL TO GET ROB'S BAD ASS BENCHMARK T-SHIRT.. :D
Fran Sub 4mins 21x15x9 of thrusters@40kg and pull up's : first attempt 7m30sec :roll:
Murph sub 40mins 1000m run,100 pull ups,200push ups,300 squats,1000m run:
deadlift 2x's bodyweight 180kg (done)
5km run sub 22mins:first attempt 29m40sec :cry:
snatch pr 60kg
