Couldnt come into the gym today as had a morning meeting, so did this workout in the park near my office, with a couple of guys:

2 Rounds with ~4min break in between:
400m Run
10 Burpees
300m Run
20 Pushups
200m Run
30 Situps
100m Run
40 Squats

~8.50, 9.06

3rep heavy squat - 80kg (previous 3rm = 70kg)

(B)
3 rounds:
15 negative leg raises, from a reverse hang position
30 hand release pushups
22.12

Still recovering from shoulder injuries. Using mobility wod at night and pre-workout, ice packs post-workout. Left shoulder is num after all the ice this morning.

Lunch time session with some guys at work:
Sprints 5x100m. Walk back for recovery

Followed by Tabata:
Lunges
Pushups
Situps
Squats
(did not score...)

3 Rounds:
800m run
50 Bench Press(50/45/40kg)
~41mins

First rounds got to 25 reps pretty quickly but was a struggle there after. Broke it down to 3-4 reps. First attempt at bench in ages!!

Shoulders quite sore for overhead stuff so did bench again (2nd time in 2 days). My chest and arms are wondering wtf happened...

Finisher - 100 bench @ 32.5kg. Rested twice after 35 reps each time
