RAW STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING IS DEDICATED TO PROGRAMMING AND TRAINING ADVANCED CROSSFIT ATHLETES ON THE GOLD COAST.

 

It's getting closer... the first stage towards the Games, the Reebok CrossFit Open is nearly upon us (just over a month to be exact). Have you taken your training to the next level??

 


Registration for the Reebok CrossFit Open commences on the 1st of February. Stay tuned for more details. In the meantime check out these videos from CrossFit HQ.

2. dynamic pushups/ring rows = 20/20, 15/15, 15/15
3. did strict MU's
4. stone to shoulder sub - 90kg power clean, and only had 40kg KB.....sled drags - dragged big rubber mat with 60kg plates loaded on out in the rain, felt so much heavier!!

Where are the Workouts Located?

1 Strict Press 50%-40kg
2.Push ups Row 20/20-15/20-15/19
3. 3x3 as shoulder is recovering
4. Stone- Improvised Deadlift zercher, 40kg KB so did 10 swings instead
Sled on Rubber floor- FRICTION -2.27,2,20,2.43,2.57
