RAW STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING IS DEDICATED TO PROGRAMMING AND TRAINING ADVANCED STRENGTH AND POWER ATHLETES ON THE GOLD COAST.

 

Looking for an individual CrossFit or sports specific strength and conditioning program to meet your performance goals?


At RAW Strength and Conditioning we offer sports conditioning programming, exercise prescription, mentoring, life coaching and athletic team development. Our experts have competed nationally and internationally for sports from CrossFit Games, rugby union and league, triathlon, body building, strongman right through to national gymnastics. The services offered for correspondence coaching is second to none.


SERVICES

  • Individual Programming

Each person has a unique situation, which can be reflected in a customised prescription to achieve goals in a shorter period of time. For some, this may be for sport specific/performance enhancement, for others the goal may be sustained energy and fat loss,  or related to job performance, and/or life long health.

*Programs can be prescribed by face to face interaction or via correspondence. A cost of $500 for a one off program (12 weeks) subsequent programs $300. You will unlimited email access for question and answer through out the duration of your program.

 

  • CrossFit Programming

If you are an avid CrossFit athlete, get confused about programming for yourself, your box does typical metcon mash ups, that are unfocused, and you are not progressing....... then RAW subscription may be for you. The cost of this is $22 a month, $82.50 for 6months or $150 for the year. If you know you have specific weaknesses that are preventing you from taking that next step then an individual CrossFit program may be for you. We are the experts in taking the thinking away from you and giving you the tools, wods, loads and percentages so you just train and succeed.

You will receive all the online support you need, almost 24hour assistance. The CrossFit programs are $66 a week which is tailored specifically to your needs and will utilise your equipment to get as close to your goal . contact us

 

  • Sports Programming

RAW are the specialist in strength and power sports. Can you name a sport where it pays to be slower or weaker? Even marathon runners need strength. The strong survive. RAW trainers can provide either club/team or individual training programs for in and out of season competition. These again can be face to face or via correspondence. Sports specific training for increased speed and power can be provided in 6 week blocks or even early/late preseason, season and post season.

Prices will vary depending on the depth of programming you will require. Programs can vary from $300 up to $1000
