RAW STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING IS DEDICATED TO PROGRAMMING AND TRAINING ADVANCED CROSSFIT ATHLETES ON THE GOLD COAST.

 

The Scapular Wall slide can easily be done anywhere and is a great way to improve shoulder mobility and range of motion - so important for those gymnastics skills and olympic lifts. The scapular wall slide will improve external shoulder rotation, activate the muscles of the mid back and improve mobility of lats.
