RAW STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING IS DEDICATED TO PROGRAMMING AND TRAINING ADVANCED CROSSFIT ATHLETES ON THE GOLD COAST.
The main reservation or grumble of Olympic weightlifters towards CrossFitters is the high number of reps/ the time factor - this often leads to form falling apart. So it's pretty rare for a weightlifter to try a CrossFit WOD, but 105kg+ Beijing Olympian (and Queenslander) Damon Kelly did just that. Check out the video.
