RAW STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING IS DEDICATED TO PROGRAMMING AND TRAINING ADVANCED CROSSFIT ATHLETES ON THE GOLD COAST.

 

I constantly get bombarded with lots of questions about dairy, and more specifically milk, and why it doesn't have place in on the Paleo Diet. A good rule of thumb to test your tolerance with dairy is to go Strict Paleo for 30 Days and then reintroduce dairy and see its effect.

Personally, I have kept milk in my diet. I have tested my tolerance and haven't had any problems, it tastes good and makes me feel good. However this is a very individual thing, so work out what's best for you.

1) Heavy clean pull -172kg.....................2) @ 75%- 125kg 40kg in chains 3 by 3 clean pulls.....................3) intervals= 7 rounds with 45 sec rest= 7 deadlifts 145kg, 5 tuck jumps, 60m backwards sled drag at 60kg (fastest 1.37 slowest 1.58)
