Check out this documentary about the origins and history of Powerlifting, includes Larry Pacifico, Ed Coan, Kirk Karwoski, Scott Cartwright, Scott Mendelsohn , Dave Waddington and Garry Frank. A little on the long side but worth a watch.

My legs were shattered yesterday, on Monday I also did 4 sets of 10 good mornings , Bulgarian dead lifts and Swiss ball curls, since we identified my hamstrings are weak over the weekend.
Maintained intensity but backed off the reps in front squat .

Completed the Snatch Pull into Snatch w 36" Box JUMMP
worked up to 160LB/72.72 (3rep PR)
completed Front Squats @ 205LB/93.18KG & 215LB/97.72KG

Completed the Skill Circuit, did four rounds just between 30 and 45 minutes. Never knew how much I hated Turkish Get-Ups, haha!

Also, just found out today that my company will be moving me to Tennessee for about the next year. Looks like the Central East region here I come, haha wow!!! Froning, Bailey, Holmberg, Hendren all in there. Should be fun, I'll just keep working my ass off and with time I believe I'll get there.
