For all your Strength and Conditiong, CrossFit, Strongman and Powerlifting needs contact RAW

Where do you test yourself? Against the clock........... hmmmm sometimes, the clock can trick you................... the track, yeah but the terrain was uneven..................... The CrossFit gym.............. yeah but "old mate was doing half reps"..............

Heard the saying "The Iron Never Lies" Henry Rollins quote. I will copy the whole quote at the end. HOWEVER............... Weight is weight. It can be your friend or your enemy but you can always ALWAYS test yourself against the iron. You can lift heavy sh!t right here at RAW

RAW utilises Westside Barbell theories and exercises from Louie Simmons, coupled accessory GPP work to produce amazing results. as far as I know there is limited place to do this on the Gold Coast. Our trainers are experts in developing your skill sets to become amazingly strong.

Feel free to come down to RAW and mix up your training with bands and chains, max effort and speed days, sleds HEAVY dumbells so you can hit every weak area.

Who can be our first triple body weight deadlift?

"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds."

-Henry Rollins
