Pretty decent numbers there Brendan. How'd you find yoke sub. not to bad either for the bench WOD. killing it. Enjoy the rest today (Wednesday) Thursday should be good!

Yoke sub was good, first time ive done something like that (hence why i did it first at 150kg). Lucky i had my brothers there so i walked down the driveway with it, dropped it off the back and they rolled it back up and got it back up on the squat rack while i completed the rest of the round, was good fun!
