I constantly get bombarded with lots of questions about dairy, and more specifically milk, and why it doesn't have place in on the Paleo Diet. A good rule of thumb to test your tolerance with dairy is to go Strict Paleo for 30 Days and then reintroduce dairy and see its effect.

The main reservation or grumble of Olympic weightlifters towards CrossFitters is the high number of reps/ the time factor - this often leads to form falling apart. So it's pretty rare for a weightlifter to try a CrossFit WOD, but 105kg+ Beijing Olympian (and Queenslander) Damon Kelly did just that. Check out the video.

I recently had the chance to attend CrossFit HQ's Mobility Course in Sydney with Maintenance Guru Kelly Starrett. One word - awesome. Really great, entertaining guy who knows his stuff!! If you ever get the chance to go and listen to him speak or attend one of his courses I urge you to go, definitely worthwhile.

The Scapular Wall slide can easily be done anywhere and is a great way to improve shoulder mobility and range of motion - so important for those gymnastics skills and olympic lifts. The scapular wall slide will improve external shoulder rotation, activate the muscles of the mid back and improve mobility of lats.

GHD Sit-ups - they're not for beginners. They will sideline even the best athletes for a couple of days. Begin with small amounts, focus on the technique required i.e. sharply extend the legs while coming up - and build from that.
