RAW is a strength and conditioning facility located on the Gold Coast, QLD. RAW focuses on developing the fundamental skill sets and energy systems required to excel at CrossFit as a sport. RAW also provides programs and educational information for athletes and coaches who live outside of the Gold Coast area OR attend RAW strength and conditioning themselves.
- RAW SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMMING is for those athletes and coaches who want to take their training and their athletes to the next level. The subscription is ONLY for those who will follow the program via correspondence as they live outside the Gold Coast region.
- RAW is unlike any other program available. Sure every program has its chinks, weaknesses and short comings but RAW has taken every conceivable effort to create a well rounded, specific, periodised training protocol
- The RAW WORKOUTS take your CrossFitting or sports conditioning to another level. Gone are the days of a haphazard mash up of exercise routines bundled into a "CrossFit" package where all you get is your sweat on, poor movement patterns and an addiction for pointless untransferable metabolic conditioning. RAW focuses on training crucial aspects of lifts, key movements, exercise structure/progression and periodisation through the CrossFit season and in deed other sporting seasons.
- SINCE WHEN does one play more rugby, or more netball to get better at rugby or netball????? You can not play 3 games mid week and hope to be that much better on competition day. This is what typical CrossFit does. RAW trains in CrossFit to be BETTER at CrossFit. More CrossFit does not equal better CrossFit. Smarter training, smarter recoveyr, smarter progression and periodisation equals better CrossFit.
