RAW STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING OFFERS TRAINING AND ONLINE PROGRAMMING FOR CROSSFIT AND STRENGTH AND POWER ATHLETES

The 2012 Reebok CrossFit Open commences this week, thousands of people from all over the globe performing weekly workouts in the hopes of qualifying for the Regionals, and potentially the Games. The RAW program for our CrossFit athletes will change slightly to reflect this beginning phase of competition, providing you with time to complete the Open WODs over the next few weeks (without it taking over your life and training) and more importantly to hit your peak at the Regionals. Good Luck Everyone!

One of our correspondence athletes Marcus Smith from Dubai offers the following on his RAW experience. Big cheers for the wrap up Marcus!!! Check out his website Inner Fight.

Posted on Wednesday, 07 September 2011 in General RAW

At CrossFit Norwest we are constantly striving to improve the turnover phase of our snatches and cleans, this action is an integral part of these tricky lifts.
