RAW STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING. FOR PERFORMANCE DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS.
In the world of sport and fitness, everybody has a goat. Your "goat" is your perceived biggest weakness.
In the sport of CrossFit, you often hear about snatches, muscle ups, or double unders being people's goats. The thing about your personal goat is that you can't kill it unless you face it regularly. For instance, making double unders your warm-up every session - go for a max attempt each time. Setting aside 15 minutes at the end of each session to work with an empty bar on your snatch. You should aim to make your goat just another movement rather than a movement you fret over.
What is your goat and how often do you work it???
