Program Information

  • Program designed for MILITARY/TACTICAL or emergency service operators written by a former Commando.
  • The program is designed by an ex special forces operator with the intent on NOT only preparing individuals for special forces and or tactical selection BUT also ensuring they are adequately prepared for the daily needs of the job.
  • Involves odd objects, strict body weight movements, patrol order runs and marching order stomps
  • Utilises weightlifting, speed agility, fire and movement and will increase mental toughness and resilience
  • Access to Facebook group
  • Direct contact with RAW coach
  • Weekly Program published in advance (5 sessions a week)
  • Feedback and coaching given through comments section with personal email replies
